Fernando Rissoli Lobo Filho acts in advisory and litigation cases of Public Law (i.e. Administrative Law), Infrastructure and Compliance. He has extensive experience in public bidding and administrative contracts, concession of public services and public-private partnerships (PPPs), concession of rights of use and sale of public areas, among other related matters. He advises domestic and foreign clients on regulatory issues, especially those involving ports, airports, highways, railways and basic sanitation. Engaged in the defense of clients' interests and/or in the defense of clients themselves in public civil and popular actions, civil actions of administrative improbity, writs of mandamus, among other judicial measures, Fernando also acts in administrative proceedings before the Public Prosecutor's Offices, Courts of Auditors and other control bodies
