Samuel Lopes Parmegiani advises national and foreign clients on matters related to administrative law, bidding and public contracts; concessions, privatizations and financial law. He has significant experience in administrative and judicial proceedings, including public civil actions and class actions, involving public law rules, such as administrative misconduct and proceedings in Courts of Accounts. Acting in demands related to the analysis of anti-corruption compliance, Samuel also works in legal diligences or interactions with the Government.
