Stephanie Hong specializes in investment funds and structured finance. She has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactions involving investment funds and comparable structures, with particular focus on exchange-traded funds (ETFs), private equity funds (FIPs), receivables investment funds (FIDCs) and hedge funds (FIMs), among others. Her practice regularly involves representing financial institutions, sponsors and investors in structuring funds and investment vehicles, advising on corporate finance and project finance transactions, assisting on M&A deals, and facilitating private equity and venture capital investments through investments funds or similar vehicles. She also advises financial and non-financial institutions, such as fund administrators, asset managers, distributors/broker-dealers and other infrastructure market players (including advisers, custodians and rating entities), on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters.
