Eduardo Comparato Ferreira de Sá advises local and international clients on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, with a focus on private equity, venture capital and M&A. Eduardo represents both companies and investment funds in investment rounds at initial stages and in investments at advanced stages. He also has experience in general corporate aspects of Brazilian closely-held and publicly-held companies, including corporate restructuring, corporate governance matters and discussions involving Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) regulations.
