Rodolfo Schreuders has been a member of Pinheiro Neto Advogados since 2007. He practices in the corporate area, with a focus on local and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate law and infrastructure. Represented Contour Global in the sale of Brazil wind generation business to Patria (pending closing). Represented XP Asset in the acquisition of Vila Acre I and II wind farms from Voltalia. Acted as deal-counsel in Claure Group's 25% investment in eB Capital. Represented PIF in a co-investment with Patria and GIC as winning bidder of Lot 1 of Paraná highways concession.
