Heloísa Figueiredo advises Brazilian and foreign clients from various industries on Public Law matters, highlighting her expertise in bidding, administrative contracts, public service concessions and public-private partnerships (PPPs), regulatory issues and development of infrastructure projects (including sanitation and public transport), due diligence and negotiations involving public contracts within the scope of corporate transactions, and in the structuring of partnerships between private and state-owned companies. She also represents clients in administrative proceedings before public entities and Courts of Auditors and other control bodies. She also works in the area of compliance and internal investigations, with expertise in consultations related to anti-corruption legislation, risk analysis, due diligence in the scope of corporate transactions, internal investigations and administrative accountability processes, as well as in the review and improvement of compliance programs, structuring and implementation of internal policies and customized codes of conduct, in addition to conducting compliance training.
