Position

Brian is a partner of Maples and Calder’s Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. Brian has extensive experience advising both domestic and multinational clients on large and complex commercial disputes, including proceedings before the Commercial Court, as well as all forms of arbitration.  He also has experience of different forms of alternative dispute resolution and has represented clients in mediation, conciliation, adjudication and expert determination procedures.

Career

Brian joined the Maples Group in 2009.  He previously worked in the construction and dispute resolution group of a large Irish corporate law firm.
