Position
Nick is a partner of Maples and Calder’s Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. With over 20 years’ experience working in London and Hong Kong, his practice focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. He has particular expertise with insolvency and restructuring-related disputes, shareholder disputes, schemes of arrangement and other court-led restructurings.
Career
Nick joined the Maples Group in 2020 in the Hong Kong office. Before that he worked in the disputes and restructuring/insolvency teams at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for eight years in London and then three years in Hong Kong. While in Hong Kong, he headed the Freshfields’ restructuring team in Asia.
