Position
Jessica is of counsel of the Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. Her practice covers corporate transactions involving Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands companies including finance, mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO Series financings and restructuring, Hong Kong and US initial public offerings and SPACs. Jessica also advises on debt capital market and general corporate transactions acting for SOEs, corporates and financial institutions.
Career
Jessica joined the Maples Group in 2018. She previously worked for Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and large corporates in Hong Kong.
