Hailey Edwards is an Associate in the Corporate department of Conyers Dill & Pearman in the Bermuda office.

Hailey’s practice includes all aspects of general corporate and commercial law, including corporate finance, mergers, redomiciles, partnerships, aviation and insurance. Hailey also frequently advises clients on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters, concentrating on economic substance, privacy and data protection and telecommunications.
