Karoline Tauschke is Counsel in the Corporate department of Conyers Dill & Pearman.

She joined Conyers in 2019 and her practice includes all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance transactions, restructuring and general corporate advice. She formerly worked in the London office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

Karoline has acted for private and public companies across a broad range of industries including aerospace, manufacturing, business and financial services, real estate, technology and pharmaceuticals.
