Sara Hardy  joined the firm in 2022. She has over 10 years of experience in anti-corruption and compliance, with a practice centered on internal investigations and corporate criminal liability. She has participated in complex internal white-collar and anti-corruption investigations, including those with international scope and FCPA applicability. Sara has extensive experience representing clients in criminal proceedings and possesses deep expertise in regulatory compliance, ESG, best practices, and risk assessment related to crime prevention. She has advised both domestic and international entities on anti-money laundering prevention and is certified as an External Auditor and Compliance Officer by the National Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores).

In addition, Sara advises clients and foreign companies in international litigation and has extensive experience in commercial arbitration under the rules of institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR, SIAC, among others. Before joining the firm, Sara completed her professional practice at the Constitutional Court of Spain, where she was responsible for addressing general and technical inquiries from the European Court of Human Rights and the Venice Commission.
