Frederic G. Martin’s practice focuses on international capital markets and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.

Frederic’s practice involves initial public offerings and other equity offerings, de-SPAC transactions, investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, bank regulatory capital securities offerings, and liability management transactions. He also regularly advises on disclosure and corporate governance matters.

Frederic joined the firm in 2011 and was a resident in the New York and London offices through 2018. From 2019 to 2023, he worked for leading international law firms in London and California. Frederic rejoined the firm as counsel in 2023 and became a partner in 2025.
