Jennifer Kennedy Park is a partner based in the New York office. Ms. Kennedy Park’s practice focuses on litigation, particularly litigation related to capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions, and white-collar defense and corporate investigations.
Education
Ms. Kennedy Park received a J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2002, where she was Editor-in-Chief of The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law Annual Review. She graduated from Boston College in 1999 with honors. Before joining the firm, she served as law clerk for the Honorable Linda Kay Davis of the D.C. Superior Court.
