Bush advises U.S. and international financial institutions and foreign sovereigns on full range of U.S. bank regulatory matters and legislation, including: Dodd-Frank Act requirements, restructurings, corporate governance and investments; corporate transactions, including M&A, asset sales, privatizations, capital markets transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances; and internal investigations and in enforcement proceedings involving federal banking agencies.
