Sierra M. Taylor focuses her practice on banking and finance matters, concentrating on real estate finance and fund finance transactions. Sierra represents major European and international banks, as well as investment funds and debt funds. Sierra has advised lenders and funds in respect of facilities for hedge funds of funds, master-feeder structures, subscription lines, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities and other borrowing base facilities. Her experience also includes advising across the full range of real estate related transactions, including straight investment loans, development facilities, hotel financing, loan-on-loan and repo financing.
