Career

Devora Y. Snyder focuses her real estate and finance practice on representing Israeli insurance companies, pension funds, public and private companies, and private individuals in cross-border real estate and joint venture transactions, representing Israeli institutional investors in mezzanine and preferred equity financings, and negotiates complex joint venture agreements for real estate investments in the United States, and Europe.

Ms. Snyder focuses her technology practice on emerging technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, and intellectual property, with an emphasis on IT, technology licensing and privacy in the financial services and health care industries, as well as advertising and promotions, social networking, media, venture capital, and M&A. In this capacity, she counsels both established and emerging growth companies throughout the world including the U.S., Israel, China, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

Prior to joining GT's Tel Aviv office, Devora was an associate in the firm's Financial Institutions group out of the Atlanta office and has extensive practice experience in domestic and international multicurrency lending and financial transactions, including secured and unsecured commercial loans, structured financings, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, and loan syndications.
