Francesca Torricelli represents clients in corporate governance matters, as well as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Much of Francesca’s work involves matters in the industrial, entertainment, hospitality, pharmaceutical, and health care sectors.

She has been involved in the restructuring of Italian-listed and unlisted companies’ corporate governance systems. Francesca has broad experience in corporate and financial litigation before national courts, as well in both domestic and cross-border arbitration proceedings. Francesca’s experience extends to a variety of alternative dispute resolution methods.
