Shashank Krishna leads the London energy practice and advises clients in the energy, infrastructure, defence sectors, focusing on Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. He has an international clientele with experience across multiple industries, focusing on renewables, carbon capture and storage, hydrogen, clean transport, infrastructure and defence. He also has experience in conventional power, oil & gas, LNG, refining and petrochemicals, EnergyTech, ESG, and metals, mining, and commodities. His legal work primarily centers around M&A, joint ventures, project development and financing related to intricate and high-value energy and infrastructure projects throughout the value chain.
