Position

Tristan is a Group Partner in the Corporate Department in Guernsey and joined Appleby in 2024.

Tristan has an extremely broad and in-depth experience of all Corporate & Commercial, Banking and Finance and Regulatory work, gained through over 20 years of offshore practice. He has particular expertise in corporate acquisitions and corporate advisory, together with fund finance and real estate finance. Tristan frequently advises on regulatory matters across all supervisory laws pertaining to collective investment funds and licensees.

Tristan qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2007.

He attended Exeter University to gain his LLB and Nottingham University for his LPC.
