Georgina Pullinger is a partner within the Corporate practice group, who specializes in banking and finance and general corporate matters.

She has extensive experience in all aspects of finance transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance and corporate finance, and represents leading financial institutions and private equity funds on lending transactions, deal structures and on all types of secured transactions. Georgina also advises on a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters.

Georgina is ranked by Legal 500 (2023) as a “Next Generation Partner – Banking, Finance & Capital Markets”.  She is also ranked by Chambers (2023) as “Up and Coming – Corporate & Finance” and by Legal 500 (2020, 2021 and 2022) as a “Rising Star – Banking, Finance & Capital Markets”.
