Associate

Jessica Mutemi is an associate in Bowmans’ Nairobi office. She is experienced in energy, infrastructure, corporate and commercial transactions; mergers and acquisitions; environmental, climate change and natural resources law; and carbon contracts. Her experience extends to public-private partnerships, public procurement and regulatory compliance. She has an LLB from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Law at the Kenya School of Law. She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
