Bertha Mwarija is a senior associate in Bowmans’ Dar es Salaam office.

She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and works on projects in the corporate, mining and energy, telecommunications, intellectual property and finance sectors.

She has an LLB from the Ruaha University College, Iringa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. She is a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society and Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. Bertha is fluent in English and Swahili.
