Brian Mambosho is a senior associate in Bowmans’ Tanzanian Practice. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation and has developed a robust practice representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial and procurement disputes as well as major aviation claims. His ability to identify key leverage issues has been instrumental in securing significant settlements and judgements. His experience extends to alternative dispute resolution techniques, which has often resulted in quicker, cost-effective resolutions for his clients. He has academic Law and LLB degrees from the University of Mysore and an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University.
