Nadine Mather specialises in employment law issues including restraints of trade, retrenchments, employee benefits, independent contractors, unfair dismissals, employment equity and corporate restructurings.

Her experience extends to employment-related litigation. She also has a keen interest in data protection laws and has advised on transferring personal information to holding companies abroad, the sharing of personal information with third parties and the processing of special/ sensitive personal information.

Nadine has BA and LLB (cum laude) degrees from Rhodes University.
