Sivuyise Lutshiti is a senior associate in Bowmans’ Cape Town office Competition Practice.
He advises on the competition aspects of mergers, assists clients with behavioural matters and has experience across a broad range of business sectors and industries.
His experience includes cross-border mergers that have required notification in Botswana, COMESA, Kenya, Namibia, South Africa and Tanzania.
During his career Sivuyise has been seconded to Bowmans’ Nairobi office where he assisted international and domestic clients with various aspects of Kenyan competition law, including mergers and behavioural matters.
He has an LLB from the University of the Western Cape.
