Naqeeba Hassan is a partner in Bowmans’ Cape Town office M&A Practice.

She specialises in general corporate and commercial law and mergers and acquisitions and has acted for a variety of clients in the public and private sectors, including listed entities and unlisted corporations, private equity funds, asset managers, property developers and financial institutions.

Her experience includes M&A, black economic empowerment transactions, corporate re-organisations and restructures, as well as regulatory compliance issues pertaining to corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

She as BA and LLB (cum laude) degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.
