Dave Boolauky is a partner at Bowmans Mauritius, where he is head of Dispute Resolution.

His experience includes advising and litigating on many types of Mauritian disputes including those relating to labour, leasing, property, commercial and family law.

He appears mainly before, the Supreme Court of Mauritius, the Intermediate Court of Mauritius, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums in relation to both domestic and international mediation and arbitration hearings.

His experience extends to legal drafting and advising financial institutions, commercial property entities and insurance houses, among others.

Dave has Maitrise en Droit Prive General and Maitrise en Droit Commercial qualifications as well as an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Exeter, UK.
