Nick is an expert in employment and labour law. He advises on employment related aspects of business rescue proceedings, mergers and acquisitions (including competition law matters) and outsourcing. Nick’s litigation practice includes forensic enquiries, collective disputes and strikes, executive dismissals and discrimination, whistle-blowing and restraint of trade disputes. His clients include corporates and government departments. Nick sat as an Acting Judge of the Labour Court at the request of the Judge President in 2012 and 2014.
