Kenneth specialises in all aspects of employment and occupational health and safety (OHS) law. He has acted for and represented a range of employers in significant labour law disputes before South African employment tribunals, the Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Court. His expertise extends to assisting and advising clients through several significant and complex collective bargaining disputes, including demarcation disputes and essential service matters. Kenneth also advises and acts for leading mining, construction and engineering corporations on OHS compliance, health and safety investigations and inquiries before the relevant OHS regulators according to significant health and safety occurrences​
