Career

Glenn specialises in constitutional and administrative law and advises on a wide array of issues in this area, including fundamental rights, public decision-making, public procurement, public finance management and access to information. He advises on regulatory matters in a variety of industries, including electricity and energy, transport, healthcare, petroleum, communications, education, gambling and utilities. Glenn has written on constitutional litigation, public procurement, administrative justice, access to information and freedom of expression. He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Law School of the University of the Witwatersrand.
