​​Khurshid specialises in banking and finance transactions with a particular focus on general finance transactions and tax-driven instruments. Her experience in general finance transactions includes acquisition financing, leveraged and investment-grade financing, mezzanine debt, real estate financing and fund financing. Khurshid also has experience in share funding and 8F and 8FA instruments.​
