Jon specialises in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions.  He has been involved in various private equity and black economic empowerment transactions.

Jon has advised clients across various industries including mining, energy and manufacturing. He spent six months working on secondment at Anglo American to assist on a transaction involving the disposal of non-core assets.
