Kim specialises in insurance and commercial litigation with a focus on liability-related matters. She has almost 20 years of post qualification experience, ranging in areas across financial services, tax, audit, accounting, intermediary, professional indemnity, fire construction and cyber related claims. Kim acts for local and international insurers and brokers, in both liability and recovery matters and on policy cover issues.  She also frequently advises auditors on regulatory issues, risk management, and assists in disciplinary actions. Kim also has expertise in corporate litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution.  More recently she has advised on cyber risks, breaches and liability. She has also acted for insurers of intermediaries following email hacking and cyber-attacks.
