Career

Christopher specialises in corporate and commercial litigation, with a focus on complex contractual disputes. He has acted in various delictual and contractual disputes in litigation and arbitration proceedings assisting with mining disputes, shareholder disputes, property disputes as well as software licensing and development disputes. Christopher’s expertise also extends to the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, data privacy issues, business rescue, insolvency law and liquidations. He has acted for a range of clients including regulatory bodies, property developers, vehicle and other manufacturers, mining companies, engineering and construction companies, software developers, retailers and banking institutions.
