Thapelo specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), general corporate and commercial law, corporate governance and commercial property matters. His experience includes drafting property development, sale and lease agreements, providing corporate and commercial law advice, as well as corporate governance advice to local and international clients.

He also has experience in advising on private equity and mining sector transactions and in drafting various corporate documents, including board and shareholders’ resolutions, MOIs, trust deeds, meeting notices, circulars, board charters, board and statutory committee terms of reference and company policies.
