Ayanda specialises in corporate and commercial law, in particular commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in secondary market transactions in the renewable energy sector and has worked with clients based in South Africa as well as multinational entities on a range of matters. Ayanda has also advised clients on acquisitions and disposals in the agriculture, food and beverage, reinsurance and infrastructure sectors, and has experience in the drafting and negotiation of a range of commercial contracts, and advising on company law regulatory matters.
