Kelcey is a dispute resolution and litigation specialist, with a focus in insurance law, and contractual and delictual disputes.
Her insurance work includes experience in property insurance and subrogated recoveries, and the investigation and defence of professional indemnity, public liability, engineering and construction, medical malpractice and personal injury claims. She also advises on policy interpretation, drafting and coverage issues. Kelcey has assisted international and local insurers, underwriters and brokers.
Kelcey's expertise extends to commercial dispute resolution and litigation, as well as state and municipal liability. She also regularly assists in investigations conducted by regulatory bodies.
