Chrisna specialises in general corporate and commercial law, cross-border and South African mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and contractual and regulatory matters.  She has substantial experience in black economic empowerment transactions and corporate restructurings. She has also assisted with projects in the renewal energy sector in South Africa and has, amongst other things, advised clients in relation to compliance with bid requirements  and the drafting of renewable energy project related agreements.
