​Neo specialises in corporate tax, and advising on tax considerations as part of complex transactions. Before joining Webber Wentzel, Neo was a Senior Manager at EY in the Transaction Tax team. His areas of expertise include buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, tax structuring – identifying tax opportunities and mitigating local and cross-border tax risks, advising on tax efficient holding and financing structures for cross-border M&A transactions, transaction implementation i.e., negotiation support and review of legal documentation, structuring support in relation BEE transactions and preference share/ loan funding structures and financial model review. ​
