Adriaan focuses on the formation and structuring of alternative investment funds across all asset classes, with a specific emphasis on funds investing in Africa.  He also advises on team incentive arrangements.  In addition, he has general tax and corporate experience, including mergers and acquisitions transactions, equity capital markets and company secretarial matters.​
