Career

​​Mark has extensive experience and a depth of knowledge in all aspects of competition regulation (both in South Africa and north of our borders), including behavioural work (cartels and leniency applications, vertical relationships and dominance) and merger regulation (transaction structures, merger clearances, hostile takeovers and negotiating conditions). His proficiency extends to complex competition litigation in South Africa and on the continent.

Mark contributes frequently to local and international legal publications. He is a regular speaker at antitrust conferences and client seminars, and lectures post-graduate students on competition law.
