​Dumisani has experience in prosecuting disciplinary hearings, drafting pleadings and various applications, and conducting trials in the Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court. He also drafts employment contracts, conducts due diligence investigations and provides advice on restraints of trade.  Dumisani has litigation experience and has appeared in the labour court, Magistrates court and the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA).​
