Samantha specialises in all aspects of commercial property law, property development and property finance, as well as the registration of related security. She has extensive experience drafting commercial property agreements for various developments, and handling general property matters for the retail, commercial and industrial sectors.

Her expertise also includes township establishment, consolidations, subdivisions, registration of servitudes, long-term leases, notarial tie agreements, and due diligence investigations on the land-related aspects for renewable energy projects, including the registration of associated land agreements. She also advises on the registration of the property-related aspects in merger and listing transactions.
