She has vast experience in conducting due diligence investigations and negotiating commercial transactions in various African jurisdictions. Rita's expertise extends to technically specialised drafting of commodity supply, mine development, infrastructure and logistics agreements as well as providing regulatory advice on compliance with applicable legislation.​
