Megan specialises in commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, black economic empowerment transactions and rationalisations, with a focus on clients in the mining and construction industries. Her experience extends to cross-border transactions and project management. She has substantial experience in mining, infrastructure, construction and power projects, including wind and solar projects in Southern Africa.
