Wendy focuses on technology law and technology related transactions. She also has experience in advising on telecommunications and broadcasting, copyright, e-business, procurement, outsourcing, data protection, privacy law and access to information. She has drafted licensing agreements, made representations to the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa and submissions to the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa. She also has experience in drafting and negotiating sponsorship and marketing agreements, including event, television and sport sponsorships.
