Hendrik specialises in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, finance and refinancing transactions. He has been involved in several large international transactions and inbound investments into South Africa and has advised clients across various sectors including agribusiness, food and beverage, automotive, real estate and leisure. Hendrik has practised in London and his cross-border transaction experience extends to a number of African jurisdictions. ​
