Nivaani specialises in labour litigation and corporate employment law. She has experience in dealing with retrenchments, transfers of a business, grievances, disciplinary enquiries, application and implementation of policies and procedures, contracts of employment, restraint of trade agreements, dismissals of senior executives in respect of poor work performance, benefit and incentive schemes, employment related medical malpractice issues and immigration law. Nivaani's Labour Court experience includes drafting pleadings, affidavits, urgent applications, review applications and trials. She has experience in arbitrations and conducting due diligence investigations relating to employment aspects of a business.
