Graham is a tax specialist with more 16 years of experience advising on corporate and international tax advisory work, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts, private equity fund formation, portfolio company investment and disinvestment, empowerment transactions, funding transactions, corporate actions, and group reorganisations and rationalisations. Graham is a registered member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and a registered Tax Practitioner. He is also an accomplished writer and speaker on tax, private equity and M&A. Prior to joining Webber Wentzel, Graham was a member of the Deloitte M&A tax team.
